Details about the Joe Bell prize: 

• Prize includes a Joe Bell "Team Issue" finish, plus any options desired, not to exceed a total of $600.  See JB's price list for details on the cost of various options.
• Prize winner will be responsible for providing a frame suitable to painting.  Check with JB on how the frame should be prepared prior to shipping.
• Shipping costs to and from Joe Bell are the responsibility of the prize winner.
• No cash prize will be given if the winner decides not to take advantage of the paint job, or if options totalling less than $600 are selected.
• Prize winner is responsible for any costs over $600, should additional options be desired.
• Prize is non-transferrable.
