Greg Moran of Spokane, Washington, rides this retro Schwinn Paramount (with fenders for the Spokane weather).  He writes:

"I still use the original Gran Sport brakes.  I replaced the cranks with C-record.  Nuovo record rear derailleur and the original Gran Sport 36h hubs and front derailleur.  I use this bike for my winter training rides.  Great riding bike!"
