While you're riding, the display alternates between the
chainring teeth and cog teeth readouts:

The mounting kit includes
two sensors (one for the wheel magnet, another for the cadence
magnet) and two sensors that mount inside the Ergo lever body to
tell the computer when you shift. |
The mounting bracket is
designed to put the computer in front of the handlebar stem, not
on top of the bars (as is common for most computers) See the
photo below:

These shims are installed
as part of the Ergo lever mount. They're important (the
sticker on the package says so), but the instruction book
